frontle (“frontle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the frontle mobile application and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your choices.

By using frontle, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

A. Information You Provide

  • Vehicle and deal inputs you enter (for example: year, make, model, price, fees, financing terms)
  • VINs and quote details you submit manually or through scan features
  • Saved deal content and checklist entries
  • Support requests and messages

B. Information Collected Through App Features

  • Camera input when you choose VIN/quote scanning features
  • OCR text extracted from quote scans (only to provide analysis features)

C. Device/Technical Information

  • Basic app diagnostics, crash/error logs, and performance data (if enabled)
  • Device/app metadata needed to operate and secure the Service

D. Third-Party Data Inputs

When you use analysis features, frontle may request market/benchmark data from service providers to provide pricing context.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide deal analysis, comparisons, and negotiation guidance
  • Improve app reliability, quality, and safety
  • Respond to support requests
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues
  • Meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Permissions

frontle may request permissions such as:

  • Camera: to scan VINs and dealership quote documents

You can deny permissions, but related features may not work.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information only as needed with:

  • Service providers that help us operate app functionality (for example, hosting, backend infrastructure, analytics, market data processing)
  • Legal or regulatory authorities when required by law
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer

We do not share personal information for third-party advertising sales.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

frontle is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

8. International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

9. Your Rights and Choices
